Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of TE Connectivity Ltd. (the “Company”) held on March14, 2018, shareholders of the Company approved an amendment to Article5 of the Company’s Articles of Association to approve the Board of Director’s authority to issue shares out of the Company’s authorized capital for a two year period ending on March14, 2020 (the “Amendment”).

The Amendment became effective upon its registration with the commercial register of the Canton of Schaffhausen, Switzerland on March15, 2018. The proposal to adopt the Amendment was previously disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January19, 2018.
