On February 7, 2019, TCF Financial Corporation (“TCF”) announced that Thomas F. Jasper, Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of TCF had informed TCF of his resignation from his employment with TCF, and from his position as a Director on TCF’s Board of Directors, effective as of February 1, 2019.
