On October 26, 2018, TC PipeLines, LP (the "Partnership") announced it will release its third quarter 2018 financial results on Friday, November 9, 2018, and will hold a teleconference and live webcast on Friday, November 9 at 10:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time). A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
