On January 16, 2019, Dr. David Silver tendered his resignation as Chief Medical Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. (the “Company”) to focus on other business activities. Dr. Silver did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
