The Board of Directors of Tallgrass MLP GP, LLC (the “Board”), the general partner of Tallgrass Energy Partners, LP (the “Partnership”), declared a cash distribution for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 of $0.925 per common unit, or $3.70 on an annualized basis. The distribution will be paid on August 14, 2017, to unitholders of record on July 28, 2017. A copy of the press release dated July 5, 2017 announcing the cash distribution is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K.
