declared a cash distribution for the quarter ended December 31,
2016 of $0.2775 per Class A share, or $1.11 on an annualized
basis. The distribution will be paid on February 14, 2017, to
Class A shareholders of record on February 3, 2017. A copy of the
press release dated January 24, 2017 announcing the cash
distribution is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K.
