(b)On February12, 2018, Robert A. Bowman, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Take-Two Interactive Software,Inc. (the “Company”), resigned from the Company’s Board and as a member and Chair of its Audit Committee, effective immediately. Susan Tolson, a member of the Board and its Audit Committee since March2014, will assume the role of Chair of the Audit Committee of the Board.
