On December6, 2017 Synchronoss Technologies,Inc. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Hearings Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) granting the Company’s request to extend the stay of suspension pending a hearing before the Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the “Panel”), in late January2018, and issuance of a final Panel decision.
The Company issued a press release on December6, 2017 disclosing the stay of suspension and receipt of the letter, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit99.1.
