The Annual Meeting of Shareholders was held as a virtual
meeting Thursday, May 18, 2017. At this meeting, the Companys
shareholders approved the following: the election of seven
directors; the advisory vote on the compensation of named
executives; and the ratification of the appointment of KPMG,
LLP as the Companys independent registered public accounting
firm.

Synalloy Corporation is a chemical manufacturing company. The Company operates through two segments: the Metals Segment and the Specialty Chemicals Segment. The Company’s Metals Segment comprises three subsidiaries: Synalloy Metals, Inc., which owns Bristol Metals, LLC (BRISMET), located in Bristol, Tennessee; Palmer of Texas Tanks, Inc.
