On December 21, 2016, Charles A. Musilli informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sussex Bancorp (the “Company”) of his resignation from the Board and from the Board of Sussex Bank (the “Bank”), the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary. In stepping down, Mr. Musilli cited time constraints. Mr. Musilli has served as a director of the Company and the Bank since 2014.
