Condition

On April26, 2017, Superior Industries International, Inc.
(Superior or the Company) issued a press release announcing the
results of operations for the first quarter of 2017 and
reaffirmed its outlook for 2017. A copy of the press release is

Superior Industries International, Inc. is engaged in the design and manufacture of aluminum wheels for sale to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Company supplies cast aluminum wheels to automobile and light truck manufacturers, with wheel manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico.
