The annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of the Company was held on May22, 2018. As of the record date for the Annual Meeting, April2, 2018, the Company had 154,237,262 shares of common stock outstanding, each of which was entitled to one vote at the Annual Meeting. The Company’s stockholders voted on the following three proposals at the Annual Meeting, casting their votes as described below.

Proposal 1 – Election of Directors. Each of the individuals listed below was elected at the Annual Meeting to serve a one-year term on the Board of Directors.

Superior Energy Services, Inc. provides a range of services and products to the energy industry related to the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas.
