Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 4, 2018, Super Micro Computer, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that it strongly refutes reports that servers it sold to customers contained malicious microchips in the motherboards of those systems. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
