Communities, Inc. (the Company) approved and adopted the Companys
Third Amended and Restated Bylaws (the Bylaws). The Bylaws amend
Article XIII of the Companys prior bylaws to permit the Companys
stockholders, in addition to the Board, to amend the Bylaws if
such amendment is approved by the affirmative vote of a majority
of all the votes entitled to be cast on the matter.

Sun Communities, Inc. (SHS) is a self-administered and self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company operates in two segments: Real Property Operations, and Home Sales and Rentals.
