As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance shareholder value, Stratus Properties Inc. (“Stratus”) is exploring various opportunities with respect to Block 21, a mixed-use development in downtown Austin, Texas, that contains a 251-room luxury hotel, 159 residential condominium units and office, retail and entertainment space. Those opportunities may include, but are not limited to, a possible sale, recapitalization, or other venture.
