Other Events.
On March 15, 2017, STORE Capital Corporation (the Company) issued
a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of
$0.29 per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2017. The
dividend will be paid on April 17, 2017 to the Companys
stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31,
2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit
99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
