On June 10, 2019, Stewart Information Services Corporation ("the Company") received a written notice from Fidelity National Financial, Inc. ("FNF"), to which FNF exercised the second option under Section 10.01(b)(i) of the Agreement and Plan of Merger dated March 18, 2018 (the “Merger Agreement”) by and among the Company, FNF, A Holdco Corp. and S Holdco LLC, to extend the date upon which the Merger Agreement may be terminated by the Company or Stewart (the "End Date") by another three months. The extended End Date is now September 18, 2019.
