Effective April 27, 2018, Rachel A Gonzalez joined Starbucks Corporation (the “Company”) as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary and, as a result, Paul Mutty ceased serving as interim general counsel of the Company, a role he held since August 1, 2017. Mr. Mutty will continue serving as senior vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant secretary.
