(b) Steven L. Hunter resigned his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer – Gordmans on July 29, 2019, effective immediately. Stage Stores, Inc. (“our” or “registrant”) entered into a separation agreement with Mr. Hunter on August 2, 2019, to which Mr. Hunter will receive severance in an amount equal to thirty (30) days of his base salary. Mr. Hunter\’s responsibilities have been absorbed by our existing management team.
