On March 2, 2017, Christopher J. Kearney informed the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SPX FLOW, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to retire from his roles as a Director and the Chairman of the Board of the Company, effective as of the adjournment of the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on or around May 10, 2017.
The Board has determined that following the effective date of Mr. Kearney’s retirement, the number of Directors on the Board shall be reduced from eight (8) to seven (7).
