Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. is a non-original equipment manufacturer (OEM) aircraft parts designer and manufacturer of commercial aero-structures. The Company is a supplier of aero-structures to The Boeing Company (Boeing) and Airbus S.A.S (Airbus).
