to its previously announced stock repurchase program, on March 1, 2018, Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) purchased, in a private transaction, 2,533,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $98.71. Such price is subject to adjustment based on the average closing price of the common stock during the period March 2 to March 29, 2018.
