As previously announced, Dennis Eidson retired as Chief Executive
Officer of the Company effective as of May 23, 2017. David M.
Staples succeeded Mr. Eidson as Chief Executive Officer as of the
same date.Mr. Eidson will continue to serve as Chairman of the
Board of Directors. The information included under Item 5.02 of
the Companys Current Report on Form 8-K filed on March 2, 2017 is
incorporated herein by reference.

The Company held its annual meeting of shareholders on May 23,
2017. At that meeting, the Companys shareholders voted on the

auditors for the current fiscal year ending December 30,
