On February 19, 2019, Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a pre-release of its estimated financial results for the quarter- and year-ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

It also maintains multiple bilingual Websites, including www.lamusica.com, Mega.tv and various station Websites that provide content related to Latin music, entertainment, news and culture, as well as the LaMusica mobile application.
