On January 20, 2017, Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (the
Company) issued a press release announcing a distribution
of $340 per unit to its members of record on January 20, 2017
payable on or about February 1, 2017. Based on the current number
of units outstanding, the aggregate payment will be approximately
$4,500,000 million. A copy of the press release is attached
hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
