On July18, 2018, Southern Copper Corporation (the “Company”) learned of the resignation of Mr.Daniel Muñiz Quintanilla as a member of the Board of Directors and as Executive Vice President of the Company. Mr.Muñiz Quintanilla resigned to pursue other business and personal interests.
