(the “Company”) has filed this Current Report on Form 8-K to revise the Company’s consolidated financial statements as of December31, 2016 and 2015 and for the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014 and the related notes, which were included in its 2016 Annual Report on Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on March 10, 2017 (the “2016 Form10-K”), to reflect changes in the consolidated financial statements from the early adoption of ASU 2017-11, Distinguishing Liabilities from Equity (Topic 480).
The revision of the consolidated financial statements and related notes that were included in the 2016 Form10-K affects the following items from the 2016 Form10-K, which have been retrospectively revised to reflect the reclassification of the warrant liability to additional paid in capital, and which have been included, as so revised, as exhibits to this Current Report on Form8-K as indicated below:
