Election of Chairman of the Board

On June 8, 2017, SITO Mobile, Ltd. (the Company) announced
that Mr. Brent Rosenthal, currently a director of the Company,
waselected by the Companys Board of Directors (the Board)
to be Chairmanof the Board, effective immediately.

On June 8, 2017, the Company issued a press release to announce
the election of Mr. Rosenthal as Chairman of the Board. The full
text of the press release is attached to this current report on
Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
