Doug Black, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the “Company”), John Guthrie, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, Pascal Convers, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Development and Investor Relations, of the Company, Ross Anker, Executive Vice President, Category Management, Marketing and IT, of the Company and Briley Brisendine, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, of the Company, have entered into individual sales plans to Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (each a “10b5-1 Sales Plan”). The purpose of each 10b5-1 Sales Plan is to provide investment diversification and liquidity for each of the foregoing executives as well as to assist with their overall tax and financial planning. Once executed, each sale transaction will be disclosed publically through a Form 4 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
