On July 20, 2018, Sigma Designs, Inc. (“Sigma”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has authorized and declared a special cash distribution in the amount of $6.00 per share on Sigma’s common stock. The special cash distribution is payable in cash on August 14, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2018.
