As previously disclosed, on March 11, 2019, Martin Brodbeck, Chief Technology Officer of Shutterstock, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position, effective March 22, 2019. The Company determined to waive Mr. Brodbeck’s notice period. Therefore, Mr. Brodbeck’s last day with the Company was March 15, 2019.
