Item5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

On May 19, 2017, at the 2017 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the
Annual Meeting) of SenesTech, Inc. (the Company), the Companys
stockholders approved the two proposals listed below. The final
results for the votes regarding each proposal are set forth
below. The proposals are described in detail in the Companys
definitive proxy statement for the Annual Meeting (the Proxy),
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April20,
2017.

1. To elect the following individuals to the board of directors:
Julia Williams, M.D. and Marc Dumont as ClassI directors,
each to serve for a three-year term until the annual general
meeting of stockholders to be held in 2020 and until her or
his successor is duly elected and qualified:
