Item 5.01

Changes in Control of Registrant
On May 1, 2017, Glenn Similas, Jacob D. Madsen and Robert C.
Laskowski, Attorney at Law, as nominee, (collectively,
Purchasers) entered into a Stock Purchase Agreement with Oivi
Launonen to purchase 12,000,000 shares of Common Stock (Shares)
of the Company. The Shares were acquired as follows:
Glenn Similas
792,000 shares
Jacob D. Madsen
483,000 shares
Robert C. Laskowski
10,725,000 shares
The Shares represent 72.72% of the issued and outstanding Common
Stock of the Company based upon 16,500,000 shares of Common Stock
issued and outstanding at the time of the acquisition. The
Company was not a party to the private transaction described in
this report.
The consideration for the acquisition of the Shares was $200,000,
all of which was provided on behalf of the Purchasers by Glenn
Similas and Jacob D. Madsen from their own funds. The
consideration was paid in full on May 17, 2017.
The foregoing description of the Stock Purchase Agreement is
qualified in its entirety by reference to the complete agreement,
a copy of which is included as an exhibit to this report.
Upon complete of the Companys reorganization and subsequent
termination of its shell company status following the change of
control transaction described herein, the Company will file a
report on Form 8-K containing information that would be required
if the Company were filing a registration of securities under
Form 10 under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as
amended.

Seguin Natural Hair Products, Inc. is a shell company. The Company is engaged in developing a business plan. The Company intends to proceed in the business of developing, marketing, and selling shampoo, conditioner and other hair care products made from natural ingredients. The Company’s shampoo contains castile soap made from distilled water, olive oil, vegetable oils derived from palm, coconut, hemp and jojoba, melaleuca alternifolia leaf oil, potassium hydroxide, sodium benzoate, sodium bicarbonate, lavender and aloe vera. The Company’s conditioner is made from distilled water, cetearyl alcohol, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, brassica campestris seed oil, citrus lemon peel oil, citrus aurantifolia oil, jojoba, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, lavender and citric acid. As of September 30, 2016, the Company had not generated any revenue.
