On April 13, 2017, Roger McKeague resigned as Chief Executive
Officer, Secretary, Treasurer and Director of the Company.
On April 13, 2017, Peter Mortensen, was appointed to serve as
Secretary, Treasurer, and Director of the Company.
Mr. Mortensen does not have any family relationships with any of
the directors, executive officers, or any people nominated or
chosen by the Company to become a director or executive officer.
