Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On November 5, 2018, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2018. The Company also announced the appointment of Ms. Kathleen Liever to the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources, effective November 1, 2018.

Brief Biography for Kathleen Liever

Kathleen A. Liever, 40, has served as SeaWorld Entertainment Inc.’s Interim Sr. Vice President of Human Resources since June 2018. Ms. Liever has broad experience in human resource practices, along with expertise in legal and compliance matters. Prior to this role, from 2014 to 2018, Ms. Liever provided leadership and guidance to the Human Resources team as the Company’s Associate General Counsel for labor and employment matters. Before joining the Company, from 2007 to 2014, Ms. Liever practiced labor and employment law, most recently at Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. Ms. Liever holds a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, as well as a B.A. and M.A. from La Salle University.
