On July 24, 2017, Scientific Games Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2017. A copy of the press release that will be discussed on the Company’s earnings call is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
