On January22, 2019, David R. Anderson, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notified the Company that he plans to retire. Mr.Anderson will continue in his current role until a successor is named and then will remain with the Company in an advisory role until March27, 2020 to ensure a smooth transition. Mr.Anderson’s planned retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The press release announcing Mr. Anderson’s plan to retire is filed as Exhibit99.2 to this Form8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
