Due to the audit procedures still being performed on certain
transactions closed in January, 2017, our annual report on Form
10-K for the year ended December 31, 2016 is unable to be filed
on April 17, 2017, the date of which was indicated in our NT
10-K/A filed on March 16, 2017. Upon the completion of the audit
procedures, we will file the annual report on Form 10-K for the
year ended on December 31, 2016 as promptly as possible.
