On March 25, 2019, SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2018.

Item 8.01. Other Events

On March 20, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing that itplans to publicly release its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2018, on Monday, March 25, 2019, after close of trading. In addition, the Company announced that an investors’ conference call to review these results will be held on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
