On January 25, 2018, the SAExploration Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the expiration of its exchange offer and consent solicitiation relating to its outstanding 10.000% Senior Secured Second Lien Notes due 2019 and 10.000% Senior Secured Notes due 2019. The press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
