On February 17, 2017, Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its earnings results for its fiscal fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 25, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and furnished herewith.

On February 17, 2017, the Company announced that its Board of Directors has approved the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share, payable March 9, 2017, to all common shareholders of record as of the close of business on February 23, 2017.
