Item 7.01Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 29, 2019, Rowan Companies plc, a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales (the “Company” or “Rowan”) disclosed its U.K. annual report and accounts for the year ended December 31, 2018 (“U.K. Annual Report and Accounts”), which have been prepared in accordance with English law.

In accordance with Rowan’s obligations under English law, the Company will provide Rowan’s shareholders an opportunity to receive the U.K. Annual Report and Accounts. Such U.K. Annual Report and Accounts are available on the Company’s website at www.rowan.com under the Our Investors tab.
