The management of RingCentral, Inc. (the “Company”) will conduct meetings with members of the investment community in connection with the sale of convertible senior notes due in 2023 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Offering”). A copy of the press release announcing the Offering and an excerpt of the investor presentation to be used during these meetings are attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
