On November14, 2016, Resource Capital Corp. (the Company) hosted
a conference call announcing its financial results for the third
quarter ended September30, 2016. Attached to this current report
on Form 8-K is a copy of the related conference call transcript
dated November14, 2016.
This Current Report also clarifies a statement on page 8 of the
transcript attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 which references $350
million of loan originations for the nine month period ended
September 30, 2016. These originations actually cover the twelve
month period ended September 30, 2016.
