Rennova Health, Inc. (the Company) regrets to report the death of
one of its directors, Benjamin Frank, who passed away on December
18, 2016. Mr. Frank had served as a director of the Company since
November 2, 2015 and previously served as a director of Medytox
Solutions, Inc. from April 24, 2013 to November 2, 2015.
Mr. Frank will be deeply missed, said Seamus Lagan, Chief
Executive Officer of the Company. He was a great friend and his
wise counsel and deep insight into the business of the Company
were always of great value to me and the Board as a whole.
