Red Rock Resorts, Inc. (the “Company”) expects to hold its 2017 annual meeting of stockholders on or about July 6, 2017. The Company expects that stockholders of record as of the close of business on or about May 8, 2017 will be entitled to receive notice of and vote at the meeting.
Proposals by stockholders and submissions by stockholders of director nominees for consideration at the 2017 annual meeting should be submitted in writing to Red Rock Resorts, Inc., 1505 South Pavilion Center Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89135, Attention: Corporate Secretary. All proposals and submissions must be delivered to and received by the Company’s Corporate Secretary on or before the Company’s close of business on April 7, 2017.
