On September 10, 2019, the Board accepted notice from Dominique Trempont that he will not stand for re-election as a director at the company’s upcoming annual meeting of shareholders, which is expected to be held on October 31, 2019. Having served on the company’s Board for nine years, Mr. Trempont is expected to remain on the board until the 2019 annual meeting, thus completing his third three-year term as a director. His decision was not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to RealNetworks’ operations, policies or practices.
