On November 20, 2017, Raymond James Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) and subsidiary Carillon Tower Advisers, Inc. announced that they have completed the purchase of Scout Investments, Inc. and its Reams Asset Management division from UMB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: UMBF).
