On June 13, 2018, Kevin S. McCarthy notified Range Resources Corporation (the "Company") of his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") effective June 13, 2018. to the same notification, Mr. McCarthy also resigned from the Governance and Nominating Committee of the Board. Mr. McCarthy’s resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company or its management with respect to any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
