Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 14, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Radisys Corporation (the “Company”) unanimously approved a reduction in director compensation, which going forward will consist solely of equity incentive compensation awards. Effective immediately, non-employee directors will no longer receive cash compensation. Previously granted restricted stock units will continue to vest. This change is intended to reduce director compensation and transition the Board to all equity incentive compensation. The Company believes this will drive shareholder value by further aligning the Board’s interests with the Company’s shareholders.
